If not for the unexpected Polish hallmarks which indicate that this delightful dazzler was produced between 1930 and 1960, we, or any experienced antique jewelry expert, would reasonably assume that it hails from late-19th century Europe - most likely Great Britain. Nonetheless, the rather exotic origin only adds a dose of intrigue to this 2 1/8 inch long treasure. Dangling pendulum-like from a glittering European-cut diamond knotted bow, an oval halo cluster, composed of antique cushion and old mine-cut diamonds swings, sways and sparkles to and fro. Finely hand-fabricated in silver over 14K gold, and containing 3.00 carats of early vintage diamonds, it suspends from an original oxidized silver chain.
