About this ring
A veritable spectacle of sparkle, this Retro ring by prominent Chicago jeweler C.D. Peacock is set with nine ultra-white European-cut diamonds and loops and curves with a playful, arresting asymmetry. It is also hand fabricated from a relatively rare metal: palladium. During WWII, platinum was used as a strategic metal; thus, palladium, part of the same metal family, was sometimes used in its place. There you have it—a rare and lively ring with a cool history, ready to light up your finger. Total diamond weight, 2.18 carats. Currently ring size 6 1/4.
