This radiant rarity from the 1940s Retro period features a spectacular gemstone: a 1.65 carat natural no-heat emerald-cut ruby from the long-exhausted mines of old Burma. The luscious electric strawberry-red ruby (only fully appreciated in person) is presented horizontally between sparkling pavé-set diamonds in a distinctively sculpted wave motif mounting rendered in platinum over 14K gold. Magnifique! Total diamond weight, .38 carat. Currently ring size 6 3/4. Accompanied by a gemological report from Stone Group Laboratories stating: Natural. No Indications of Thermal Enhancement. Burma origin.
