About this ring
We've seen many Art Deco aquamarines, and this is yet another—with a twist. Proving that details make all the difference, the intricately worked filigree mounting provides a lacy pedestal for a unique 1.10 carat barrel-shaped aquamarine. The distinctive stone is accented north and south by small single-cut diamonds in triangular settings, all together creating a curvaceous navette shape that is embraced on each side with gently curved crescents of filigree. Delightfully different. Die-struck in 14K white gold, circa 1930, it is currently ring size 6.
