A high-cabochon natural, no-heat, Burma sapphire - weighing in at approximately 19.00 carats - glistens and glows from atop a 1930s-40s vintage platinum and diamond mounting sparkling on each side with bouquets of marquise diamonds, and all around with tiny single-cut diamonds. An stunning, sophisticated and impressive high-profile jewel.
