In this ravishing and resplendent *Lang Collection ring, a beautiful octagonal Colombian emerald, weighing 2.64 carats, casts a gorgeous deep bluish-green glow from within a glittering frame of eight European-cut diamonds, together weighing 3.40 carats. This captivating confection of color and sparkle is supported by a hand-engraved gallery, reminiscent of slender leaves, and by a gently tapered shank engraved with an elegant vine-like design. A breathtaking beauty. Signed Lang. The emerald and diamonds are early-20th-century vintage, taken from an unsalvagable worn out ring. Accompanied by a gemological report by the GIA stating: Minor Clarity Enhancement (F1) - Colombia, Origin. Hand fabricated in 18K gold, currently ring size 6 1/4.
