Having endured the intense pressure and heat necessary for its formation, and an explosive journey to the earth's surface, the 3.03 carat transitional European-cut diamond (circa 1930) flashes with radiant light between a pair of icy-white tapered baguette diamonds, all elegantly supported by a platinum shank. A classic beauty, indeed. Total diamond weight, 3.48 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum, it is currently ring size 5 1/2. GIA Diamond Grading Report states: H color - VS1 clarity.
