A truly exquisite original Edwardian treasure! This elegantly elongated (2 1/2 inches) oval bar pin is brimming with deeply cut, bright white, exceptionally brilliant old-mine cut diamonds, totaling 3.15 carats. The center row of six bezel-set European-cut diamonds alternate with seven soft white, lustrous natural (aka oriental) pearls. A fabulous, ultra-fine lapel enhancer, hand fabricated in platinum over 14K gold, circa 1905-1910. Accompanied by a GIA Pearl Identification Report stating: Natural Pearl, Saltwater, Pinctada species.
