This magnificent Edwardian-era jewel, dating back to the first or second decade of the twentieth century, is covered in glossy black enamel and decorated with a dramatic design evocative of a beautiful spider's web, further accented with leaves and overlaid with glittering rose-cut diamonds. On the reverse side, the watch dial features elegant Arabic numbers and a sub-second hand dial, while the back cover opens to reveal the engraved inscription "Madie E. Campbell." The extraordinary timepiece suspends from a complementing 24-inch chain fashioned with cylindrical enamel beads. Breathtaking.
