About this ring
Lending eye-catching color to this Edwardian-era jewel, a gorgeous, glowing, bluish-green square-cut Colombian emerald,* weighing approximately .40 carat, radiates from within an 18K yellow gold bezel between a pair of sizzling white, bezel-set European-cut diamonds and diamond-set platinum-topped V shapes. The hand-engraved side gallery and the currently size 7 1/2 shank are also 18K yellow gold. Total diamond weight, 1.35 carats. *The emerald has a chip (visible only with high magnification) on one corner, which undoubtedly has been there for many decades. The repair is labor-intensive and could possibly compromise the ring's integrity, so we chose to keep it in its original state.
