About this ring

Old mine Colombian (Muzo) emeralds don't come any greener than this spectacular specimen, weighing 1.20 carats, for which an expert Edwardian-era jeweler created this classic lozenge-shaped finger bauble. Accompanied by a GIA Emerald Origin Report stating: Colombian origin, Minor (F1) clarity enhancement, the enchanting gemstone radiates from within an 18K yellow gold bezel setting, embellished all around by double-tiered diamond-set frames, while pairs of tiny bezel-set twinklers grace the V-shaped shoulders and ring shank. A ravishing rarity, finely hand fabricated in platinum over 18K gold, circa 1915. Total diamond weight, .35 carat.
