Details, details. This exquisite ring is a treat for the eyes, boasting delightful flourishes, color, and sparkle. The crown of this jubilant Jazz Age jewel is designed as a wide scalloped navette shape, dusted with diamonds (European, Swiss, and single cuts) and exquisitely pierced with curlicues and sweeping curves, all of which are brightened by a swoosh of 'ribbons' set with glimmering ocean-blue calibre sapphires. A single half-carat European cut shines in the middle of this alluring assemblage, all supported by pierced diamond-set shoulders accented with sapphires. Dinner anyone? Total diamond weight - 1.25 carats, total sapphire weight - 1.25 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum, circa 1920s-30s, it measure a quite conspicuous 1-inch long and is currently ring size 6 3/4.
