About this ring

Measuring a quite conspicuous 1 and 1/8-inch long, this striking, elegantly elongated rectangular Art Deco dinner ring, hand fabricated in platinum, circa 1920s-30s, centers on a trio of bright-white and sparkling diamonds (a central square-set European-cut diamond accompanied north and south by small marquise diamonds), all of which are accented with tiny triangular emerald-green glass. These in turn are framed by small glittering single-cut diamonds that continue atop the shoulders leading to a hand-engraved, currently size 7 1/2, ring shank. A quintessential Jazz Age jewel. Total diamond weight, .80 carat.
