All of these have a hue similar to that of the glorious 2.91 carat faceted round Ceylon sapphire that glistens in this opulent Art Deco jewel. As is fitting, the soul-soothing stone rests atop a squared dome, exquisitely pierced to create distinctive shapes frosted with sparkling European and single-cut diamonds. The flared openwork shoulders are decorated with diamond-set leaf-like shapes, while subtle engraving on the shank adds the finishing detail. Sublime. Total diamond weight, 1.10 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum, currently ring size 6 3/4. Gemological report from the GIA states: Heated. Sri Lanka, origin.
