A bright icy-white and sparkling transitional European-cut diamond, weighing 1.30 carats, beams brilliantly from within an artfully and distinctively designed Art Deco engagement ring. The scintillating stone is embraced north and south by trios of tiny single-cut diamonds, and east and west by stylized diamond-set stirrup motif shoulders that lead to a hand- engraved upper ring shank. A superb and stunning, ultra-sparkling Jazz Age jewel. Hand fabricated in platinum, circa 1930s. Accompanied by a GIA Diamond Grading Report stating: E color - SI1 clarity. Total diamond weight, 1.60 carat. Currently ring size 5 1/2.
