A captivating composition of complementary colors--red and green--along with sparkling white light harmonize and give life to this stunning and impressive jewel that will cause quite a stir along the length of your finger. A 7.25 carat elongated octagonal mint-green emerald glistens from within a sleek bezel and is framed by electric raspberry-red rubies, while square cut emeralds and rubies alternate with scintillating old mine cut diamonds to create a pretty pattern around the perimeter. Subtle engraving and fancy scrollwork on the under gallery and shoulders add delightful detail. Yet another tantalizing treasure from the turn of the 20th century. Hand fabricated in platinum over 14K rose gold, it measures approx. 1 1/4 by 7/8 by inches. Total gemstone weight - 9.20 carat, total diamond weight - .70 carat.
